God has a plan.

It’s true, the most captivating of creatures

Have a hard time seeing themselves in the mirror

At first caterpillars crawl,

Spending time in the dark

Undergoing a fascinating transformation

Not knowing what’s coming to fruition  

It’s beauty in formation

Blossoming into God’s creation

Even then, they can’t see or understand

The masterpiece, the work of art

Their lovely wings they use to fly are

Delicate dancing in the wind

Up against unpredictable turbulence 

But soon a breathtaking sunset

And in the morning, light will come again

Comforting to know storms come to an end

Our Father is our source of protection

Don’t fear an unknown destination

Enjoy the journey 

Be along for the ride

Child of Christ, perfect in his eyes
